Refund and Return Policy

All sales are final. Returns are not permitted unless expressly authorized in writing by Beverage Chill HQ or the manufacturer ("Seller").

In cases where a return is approved:

• The customer ("Purchaser") will be responsible for return shipping costs and the original freight charges.
• If Seller agrees to accept the return, a 35% restocking fee based on the product's purchase price will apply.

If delivery is refused by the Purchaser, the same terms for return costs and restocking fees apply.

To report goods that are damaged, defective, or non-conforming, the Purchaser must notify Beverage Chill HQ within four (4) days of delivery. After this period, all goods are considered accepted without objection.

For orders in production that require cancellation, a 15% cancellation fee will be charged.
