Empava Returns Process

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery based on the shipping date provided. Returns outside this timeframe will not be accepted. We aim to respond to all return requests within 2 business days.

To qualify for a general return, items must meet the following conditions:

• Be in resalable condition
• Free from scratches, defects, or damage
• Uninstalled and in original manufacturer’s packaging
• No missing parts or components
• Packaging must be free from writing or alterations

Defective Returns

Items may qualify for a defective return if:

• The product has a defect affecting its function
• You received the wrong item
• The item does not match its description
• It arrived damaged

Important Note for Shipping Damage:

If you notice visible damage at delivery, do not sign for or accept the item. If concealed damage is discovered within 48 hours of delivery, please photograph the packaging and product, then contact us immediately. Carriers allow only two business days to file a claim.

Refund Process

Refunds are processed within 2 business days after the item arrives at our warehouse and passes inspection. You can expect the funds back in your account within 5-7 business days after processing.

Refund Breakdown:

• General Returns: A 20% restocking fee will apply to cover return shipping and vendor costs. Canadian orders are subject to a 30% deduction.
• Defective Returns: No restocking fee applies, and we cover return shipping for eligible defective items. A full refund will be issued.
